Power REIT Acquires Greenhouse In California For $7.7 Mil

Power REIT has acquired a 37,000 square foot greenhouse cannabis cultivation facility in California. The acquisition was conducted as part of its latest transaction, which saw the company purchase the property for $7.7 million, with the property then being leased to Canndescent.
