At this point I am hoping to have some kind of result by the new year.  I hope for a big win for us long holding suffering shareholders but one way or another i dont want to see it frozen in my account.

According to my broker they are not frozen in my account and I can sell them any time I want as they are still free trading in the U.S......

Doubt I could sell the amount I have that would amount to anything. Better off to wait and hope. Write off, worst case scenario. Here's hoping....
