On one of the other boards, Red had posted info from the company that they expect the annulment app to take 6-12 months. Apparently they have a litigation funder that's financing it.

https://icsid.worldbank.org/en/Pages/cases/casedetail.aspx?CaseNo=ARB/15/29 Is the link to the case file. Anulment application is the latest development which will supposedly take b/n 6-12 months from the date is was filed. PAW has a litigation funder paying for their costs, so they must have some belief that there is a chance for a positive outcome, but who knows.

https://icsid.worldbank.org/en/Pages/cases/casedetail.aspx?CaseNo=ARB/15/29 September 19, 2019 Cortec Mining Kenya Limited, Cortec (Pty) Limited and Stirling Capital Limited file a memorial on annulment. Anybody know what this means?

That's standard procedure when applying for an annulment. Next up: Kenya will likely file it's counter memorial. A memorial is a formal application to a legislative body.

Great, thank you. With this whole appeal (for lack of a better term) starting March 2019, we can expect to have this settled about March 2020? I imagine then, whatever decision comes, will be it. No more room for appeal one way or another?
