Castle JV Work Commitment
If Questex can enter into a joint venture on Castle with a top-notch exploration group ... with at least a $10M work commitment before earn-in of say 65% ... I think the Questex shareholders will do quite well. We'll stiill retain a good stake (35% interest and 2% NSR) ... without the need to raise a lot of money to explore for a few years when a 65/35 joint venture is formed. Also, if there is a good discovery, it is likely that Questex would be acquired ... and we would benefit by having a tight share structure.
