QUITE AMAZING

I must admit I am somewhat surprised with our SP at $0.70 – giving QEX a MC of only $28M.

I realize all, or at least some, of us are waiting for the results from our drilling at Sophia, and then KSP, with the eventual 43-101 at Inel – all expected to be public over the next 1-5 months.

I know it is ‘the quiet period’ – but my goodness, we had about $12M in the bank before we started drilling Sophia, and I expect will probably still have somewhere around $6-8 of it available for the 2022 drilling/assessing season.

That means the market is only valuing our various properties at about $20M – heck, TB seemed to indicate that a small part of our Castle property is probably worth more than that to Newmont, for tailing storage, when they begin to develop their Saddle properties.

I’m not going to go back over the potential value of our various properties; I think that is pretty straight forward – certainly we are in a risky business – but it is an amazing trip in human dynamics.                                    IMHO                                      DYODD

The CFO must have read my previous post (lol) - he bought more again last week - presumably he sees the value!                                           JMHO                                    DYODD

AGAIN - the CFO continues to buy on the Open Market - good news, as we wait for results.                                       IMHO                                       DYODD

My guess is that a major (Newmont?) has plans to acquire Questex on the cheap.  So much potential value here.  As retail investors, it benefits us to have the shares widely held - and for there to be s bidding war.  Some will likely get richly rewarded from Questex’s assets - I just hope early retail investors have an opportunity to share in the bounty.
