VOTE NO

Although I would be making a profit, I cannot bring myself to vote yes to the proposed takeover by Skeena.

After much consideration, including years of QEX share ownership and knowledge of its assets, I will be voting no and encourage all others to do the same.

I am confident that eventually the further exploration on KSP (remember the outstanding 43-101 report that is due right about now!) and some proper initial exploration of Castle....  will uncover far greater value than is currently being offered by Skeena.

I didn't buy QEX to sell it for 'nickels on the dollar' - I believe if we're patient we will get a FAR GREATER RETURN!

I don't know if we can out-vote them - but we can sure as hell try!  We've got nothing to lose by trying!

Newmont probably would have offered lower price, if it ...more

If your foregoing post (e.g. reference about Newmont and price of Copper....) is an indication of your depth of assessment and competence (e.g. no consideration of the fact that the low price Newmont is paying probably isn't a whole lot more than the ...more

Then, I respect you have the right to say no. Let's find out in a week what happens. Hope that either yes or no will support its SP.
