plan

the company definitely has a plan and doing a NCIB is a part of that plan. Now i see that you have a personal vendetta against management. Now we see you for your true self. See you November 5th! Can't wait for you to bring these comments to the meeting! Cluck cluck.

what a fine reply Gollum. Are you an employee, or the cabana boy? But back to reality. Acceptable profit to investment ratios start at the 1:1 level. Should be lots of opportunity according to the "platform for growth". What is that ratio going to look like for the share buy back? Is that the best that they can do? The signal is that they don't plan on doing anything right now, and ...more

Hi Elgaveeno, do you actually see a value here at a different price level or is there essentially too many concerns in your mind to buy this at any level.  I am currently out on this company as the price action hadn't stabilized enough for me and I think there is still another leg down due to the broad market selloff.  It looks like they bought a bunch of beaten up wells on the cheap ...more

I have reviewed their land position. They quote 190 locations. They don't say they are economic locations. That will come from an NI 51-101. So no I wouldn't buy for the intrinsic value of the future. They do have cash though, so if they dip below $0.30 I'm sure there will be some short term buy/sell opportunities. Just very little volume to work with.
