Thanks, so QXP owns  600,000 Intelliconn Shares (13.5%)  GEA were going to buy Intelliconn for $18M (announced in Jan). And there was a common director on QXP board and GEA. - Jeff Decter But according to a press release by GEA. The deal to buy Intellicon is not taking place and Jeff Decter resigned. So I don't see GEA important going forward. Are you are a shareholder

I am shareholder as well, and although I'd say let's sue the crooks... I am not certain there will be anything left once the bank takes what's left. I imagine most of the assets aren't worth anything considering the top crook's strategy of accumuating a bunch of crappy assets for nothing, and then used the high inflated value of these assets as collateral at the bank to borrow

The outstanding debt is $15M The current production of QXP is 1300 boepd. If the equity is worth zero, then on a producing basis, QXP's enterprise value is $15M, and that would be at $11,538 boepd. As far as I know there aren't any other message boards for QXP. This message board too may be closed if the stock is delisted. You seem to have a better understanding of the QXP business than I do. I don't want to walk away either and I'm willing to explore options to fight this. I am sure others may come forward too. I see there are 60-200 people reading these posts.... Let's see

We only need 1 firm to see value in this and from my view the law firms will make a decent cut themselves. Please write to them, with your opinion of the facts etc. and request they get involved etc.
