Did a little research! Reason for the merger! #1) QMI hit huge numbers at Upper Beaver. Gear down boy! Best thing about the merger is if you own Vault. Your warrants, your options, your stock at 59% premium plus whatever the convertible securites are. The anomalies from geo survey are much smaller than Upper Beaver and that deposit is porphyry anyway.............so although I am a shareholder, best I can say is it looks good on a map.

I have followed this stock since the beginning of Sept 2009. The company seems to be well financed but  investors have to wonder if they have any solid gold deposits. Right now the only people making money on this stock are the CEO and company insiders with lots of stock options. A long time friend with lots of trading experience told me not to touch this stock. Glad that I listened.Harv

Harvard;Price action doesn't always tell the real story. Look at most compare charts and you'll see similar action (Ex: LSG). You obviously haven't reviewed the presentations. This is a quality company, with real assets and solid mangement, and a real chance at proving up > 5-million ozs of gold. Those recently exercising warrants feel the same.I came over from the Vault buyout
