It's Done.

But still way shy of 66 2/3rd's.  I am voting NO.

Question is, will OSK sweeten the pot before the 20th or shortly after the 20th to get their company?

Yes it's done, and barely a whimper from QMI shareholders, there has to be more to this than meets the eye, no one would take a beating like this without raising a hand to defend their self, or at least ask a few questions about the $100mill they had banked.Does it all go to OSK? or what.? Sad to see shareholders lose out on a prime, well financed company that QMI once was. This deal stinks!
