Who Polices the gatekeepers of our society ?

Who censors Jack Dorseys decisions ?  Mark Zuckerburgs ?  Is it Goldman Sachs perhaps ? the NSA?  Who ?  Because what they present to us has clearly been vetted and censored and passed SOMEONES screens   WHO ? WHO IS THE PUPPET MASTER THAT HIDES BEHIND THE OZ CURTAIN AND MANIPULATES US ALL ?  CHINA ?
