1.23 % 10 ye is crushing to 20 yr dcfs
The ark pump into tech at 80 bp 10 yr should be completely decimated at 1.23%
run a little back of envelope model of zero free cash flow ( all growth ) growing positive and then continuing to grow at say 15% for 20 yrs and discount that back first at say 80bp and then again at 123 bp . What happened ?? The valuation crashed . Sssshhh exit nice and quiet nasdaq up 12 days in a row . Computer to computer hasn't been tripped yet
