Most likely it will be for years to come. Probably there is speculation that QRM could become viable as the next producer of rare earth metals because China will put a strangle hold on their metals going forward. QRM has some of richest deposits on earth of REE metals but needs an investor with deeps pockets to revive the company. The speculation here seems to indicate that some is going on in that front. All in my opinion.
