Who owns Strange & Misery lake deposits ?

Around over 1 and a half years ago they went in recievership to have everything taken over by a private company called Torngat ! The same people that were in Quest , are in Torngat ! The last NR around march 2018 said all existing shares are worthless ! But it has been trading OTC since , and this last week probably traded 6 million shares from around  $0.01 -  $0.06 . What is going on as just maybe what those people wanted to do they possibly can't ? I don't know but it is trading OTC in the US ? As I still am a shareholder , I would like to know what is going on ! JMHO

I know and Pierre Lortie is involved in Quest and Torngat . I thought with a member of Quebec government involved it would be on the up and up ? Lol  I just got rid of my shares on the Pink sheets as that is like the wild wild west ! It seems to be scaming right to the very end as buyers buying at $0.00001 and selling for around $0.02 US to speculators thinking there is a possibility of

This is quite strange, since my portfolio shows I still own Quest Rare Minerals.  Almost worthless now, but how did Torngat acquire Quest without a buyout? I had just wrote this stock off, but strange dealings going on. Time for research I guess.
