change in story
It is a big deal in that before there was hope and at least some expectation of dry alluvial being viable. Now that is not so. So with the staggering amount of acreage we have, there becomes now a practical limit IN THE FUTURE of just how much alluvial one can get out, this is a dry place, and wet alluvial needs lotsa water. Not only that, but some areas are fairly far from any above ground water I believe.
this is not gonna make much difference in the next 24 months or so, but if a super major takes a look at us eventually (5 year timeframe?), or we keep ramping up aggressively year after year (my expectation), there are limits now I would think to water availability that there weren't before.
Keep in mind my projections of possible ounces in ground.
I know it sounds crazy, but tens of millions of ounces are a distinct possibility. Lessay we have 100+M oz, getting to an incredible and unbelievable I know 5M oz production 10 years of relentless rampup from now (maybe made possible via buyin partner by a large junior or major) may not now be reality.
Kinda like the canadian oilsands I also invest in, there are practical limits to production which mostly involve water from the river that extend their lives out decades, regardless of capital availability.
I see the same limiting factor here now long term, that of the limits of water availability. what they are I don't know, but no dry alluvial lowers the long range limits.

Big Deal??? Definitely not on my end. I have been an active investor in Ruby from the beginning and Douglas before that and had never even heard of dry alluvial. Seems to me water has been in the equation all along. Also, I had heard there was a year around water supply on BM's property, can anyone confirm that?
