PRODUCTION GUIDANCE..........

When Toby spoke at the Rodman conference he said he expected to put out production guidance within 10 days (by this friday the 23rd).  I spoke to Toby today.  The intention was to file an 8k just prior to the release of a magazine article that's being published.  As a result of a delay in the publication of that magazine, the release of the production guidance is being pushed out by a week or two.  "Hopefully" it will be out by next friday but the possibility exist that it could be the following week.  All in all a non issue.  Just a slight delay by no fault of Ruby.   Just wanted to make sure you guys all knew what was going on.

Thanks for the info imnironman. Do you know what the magazine article will be about and what magazine it is? Curious to see more written up about Ruby.

I don't have any additional information as to what magazine or the context of the article.  BUT........For obvious reasons that was clearly the most important takeaway from my conversation.  At least in my opinion.  Whether we get production guidance this week or next week is of no consequence.   But retail is going to be what drives this bus until we've proven up some
