Public Heel.....

You have to be kidding me.  Are you the guy that wins Lotto but then tells everyone how shitty it is because of how much you have to pay in taxes?  THEY GOT A LICENSE!  There are only 40 million shares outstanding and they are going to be in commercial production.  You can count how often that happens on no hands.  You complained and complained that they hadn't gotten a license.  Now they do and you're complaining they don't have more than one?  Get a clue buddy.

Thanks for saving me the trouble Ironman. Reminds me of one of my favorite Tony Soprano lines: (Paraprased from memory) " Oh poor you. You're like the little old lady runnin' down da street wit a ham under each arm, cryin' cuz you ain't got no bread"

If you'll bother to read my posts, I think you will see that I have not been inconsistent. The license for the Gold Standard property came as part of the purchase. You and I and everyone else assumed that Ruby already had that license. If that were not the case, if more than a couple of people had been surprised, then the stock price would have jumped far more than it did. What I've been ...more

OK Heel- I’ll take those one at a time:If you'll bother to read my posts, I think you will see that I have not been inconsistent.Agreed and I said as much. But consistently negative and naïve at times. The license for the Gold Standard property came as part of the purchase. You and I and everyone else assumed that Ruby already had that license. WELL SAID YUKON. I would only add that, if one has any question about the progress and accomplishments that one feels Rob or Toby cannot or will not answer (not likely by the way), perhaps Mr. Richer would be kind enough to enlighten that person on how the individuals living in that new community feel about their new school, housing, or medical facilities. Or perhaps he could enlighten us on ...more

Yukon, excellent post!  "Not if, but when!"

Hey OB- glad you popped in.Yeah- 'not if, but when'- to EB's credit- he was ultimately right-despite all the ugliness before and after! The huge differences here- I've met management, and WE are the shareholders they're concerned with. THEY are the largest shareholders- 19mm in the float of a current 39 mm outstanding- and 54mm fully diluted. The warrants are held by commons ...more

One of the key reasons I invested in RBYC from my DD was management's relative fiscal responsibility and focus on shareholder value.  Not just lip service, but evident in their business plan and execution.  Traits unfortunately that are not very common with today's corporate culture.  I'm excited about Ruby's future and good luck to us!All just my ...more

I'm glad you recognize that- and in contrast to our mutual experience with other management- I could not agree more- and they could not be more different, in the best way. Your Rangers are in command- another exciting game last night- Cruz is the new Mr. October! lolDon't know if Theo will be the Cubs' answer, but I do like the move and am excited to see what he can do here.2012 could ...more
