nagging question

we're in this weird twilight zone where TZ says we own the GS property, but Bob Moriarty hasn't signed off on it finally. My big question is: can we, and are we, mining presently since Tz granted it to us, or must we legally wait till the final signing to begin mining? Makes a big difference with results for this quarter, no produx or some hundreds of oz for this Q?

I think I remember (correct me if I am wrong here please) that the next round of news should be coming in December sometime. Gold IS coming out of the ground and I know that some of the samples have been taken to Dar Es Salaam for fire assay, but I don't know to what extent.
