RUMORS???

I saw a post on the DLKM site that said ruby has a cease to trade order in place due to the mkuvia payout thing with DLKM. Anyone know anything about this?

All due respect to my Canadian friends, I  couldn't give a rat about the BCSC. RBYC is NY Based and reports accurately to the SEC. The CA trade is not going to put this stock where it needs to go. Btw Stockarch- I couldn't have said better what you posted there about Petey Kennedy. kudos!

I communicated with Toby Hansen last night. This is an absolute non issue unless one chooses to believe the tabloid reporterwith the axe to grind against dlkm. I will not quote Toby here as to avoid hearsay accusations. If any of you have a question, call him or email him.

Unfortunately one must admit that this will most likely have an impact on the share price.  The move to cease trading will be picked up by the media and be rebroadcast.  Ruby Creek needs to get the equipment functioning and get some production going.  They also need to solve the questions as soon as possible (I am sure they already know this).  Hopefully they (and we) do not ...more
