Was digging thru the SEC Filings and noticed that Toby has been buying recently. A few times in March and again just recently. That can only be good news....don't you think?

OK, seems the link doesn't work. Go to otcbb.com, plug in RBYC in the "quote" box, when the quote opens up hit "filings." Its the latest Form 4.
