Gold is about to bust out of it's artificially constricted range. I'll boldly call $2000 within a month. Wish I could afford to buy a phsical ton at 1600. Alas, I'll have to wait for our Ruby to pull it out of the ground.

Why do you think gold is going to go up $400 in 3 weeks? If you really believed that wouldn't you be buying gold futures or 3x long golf etf? If you were correct, you would become an instant millionaire in the futures market. I think that governments will do everything they can to kick the can but until the qe3  is announced, gold won't go anywhere. It has become unaffordable to the ...more
