Last I heard, discussions with a couple of funding parties remain ongoing. This is good to neutral imo. While we all (Ruby included) would prefer that a deal be done by now, if they were out of live options, that would be bad. Things almost always take longer than investors hope. Took my own advice yesterday and talked with Toby. Negotiations are still on going with multiple interested parties. He didn't get into specifics but they have been extremely close a couple times to satisfying the needs of both RBYC and it's shareholders.
