our joint venture company hndi

email from hndi ceo posted on their board, see point F. Hndi has very little money left as well, but is backed by very wealthy TZ businessman:

In short the following is happening:

a) Had technical committee meeting last week with an accompanying field visit. One of the best structural geologist as well as a very experienced geophysicist working on a unified model for the Handeni area. My role is to add the petrology and geochemistry to the model and Claire contributes the satellite interpretation. The idea with the model is to come up with the WHY gold is where it is and how can we use it to find more. Already some interesting and previously unknown facts are coming to the front.

b) Busy on the last 95 samples of the alluvial evaluation, now working on the oversize fraction of each sample to crush and seperate gold.

c) Hammering away with our large soil sampling program target after target. Last one was target 5 now working on 6 and 7. Planning ground geophysics program on target 5 to commence before end of November.

d) Considering various potential JV possibilities.

e) Strategy of where Handeni is going being heavily debated amongst Board members. In the end it is going to be a well thought out plan of how and when.

f) Praying that RC will come to their senses.

Regards

Reyno
