The large land package that Ruby has the properties are either in the process of going back to the original owner or are all ready taken back. Because of either lack of work on the project or lack of payments. As far as equipment goes Ruby had people watching the equipment who were not getting paid  or were volunteers from what I have been reading on the blogs. Now how long do you think that ...more
