Hi Yukon. Yes, I have been following the news about SAC Capital.  They are still one of the top institutional holders of our favorite little cluster &%$@ pharma and they recently doubled their shares owned in them.  I'm sure you saw that in addition to this charge against Steinberg, SAC Capital recently had to pay a $614M fine to the SEC for trading on inside information.   ...more

Funny you should mention that $614mm fine- I read a story earlier this week about 4 Fed judges refusing to accept "no-fault" settlement deals in these types of cases, where the guilty payors need not admit to any wrongdoing.  So yes, maybe there actually IS some meaningful change toward draining the sewers!
