How can a company stay in business without releasing any information about what they are doing?

I guess they don't expect anyone to buy their stock.

Involving the original holders of the property that was sold to ruby creek is the most idiotic move they have made to date. ( as in sold a pig in a poke). Moriarity must be laughing to himself as I write this. No wait. They have made so many idiotic moves, I can't honestly say that this is the most idiotic.
