UPDATE: nothing has changed, and it took one party nearly 3 months to tell us that? So these two companies without funds, without viable production operations, are going to continue their litigation. That is quite the punchline! But it's not at all funny. Wonder if they have attorneys wiling to work for shares- now THAT would be kinda funny.
