Not a Win for Edward, it's a Win for Shareholders!!!!
Finally some common sense and a little bit of TRUST (pun not intended) put back into our capital market system and justice system.
All toooooo often CEOs and Board Directors of Companies across the market do what they want, and all tooooo often what they do is NOT in the interest of Shareholders but they use the ruse and say "it's in the best interest of the company" to justify their actions.
Finally!!!! Shareholders given the RESPECT and CONTROL that they should have always have.
All just my opinion/view/thinking.

I agree 100 %. My "edward wins" postings were to point out that he holds 97% of the voting trust shares so the judge ultimately had no choice.

You need to go back to Google law school and learn how a corporation works, then maybe you could advise the Judge next time or maybe the Rogers family should have hired you ???....Lol

You are a moron and still can not understand when someone has 97% of the voting shares the law will work in their favor. The highest BC count has made that clear and the Rogers family is not appealing. Case Closed !!
