... it won't matter!

in Africa with all the corruption, theft and other headaches not to mention expenses it is easier for the big companies to drill off shore since these platforms can be easily secured, no huge storage requirements, no huge pipeline costs, etc. etc.

I have not even gotten to the environment fight!
