Hello Adam, I'm not sure if you received my questions from earlier on but I will ask again.

1. Why were the warrants extended? Does it not give a bigger possibility of the stock being further diluted?

This was part of a broader negotation.  Dilution is a realtive concept.  It does have the potential for more stock being issued, however the company would be recieving funds for those shares and the excercise price is at a premium to current levels.

2. Why did you buy and pay for all of that biomass valued at 21 million in 1 chunk instead of spreading the payments out? It seems to me that because it was done that way we needed to do another round of financing which further diluted the stock.

The purchase was done as one large transaction, however payment is only made when we receive the product and that has been spread out over a longer time period.  This transaction predates my arrival at Radient, but I can say that it has been a learning experience and future purchases will be smaller and tied to specific contract needs.

3. I am having a difficult time finding anything on the Dhaliwal group. Can you send me a link to their web page?

The Dhaliwal group is a private company and doesn't have a website as far as I know

I sent a follow up email asking questions about the Dhaliwal group. Will post when I get a response.

Damasta is trolling with all his numbers and money talk, it's not all about the money you know.

Adam was just hired so he won't know everything that transpired over that long of a time frame. So I'm not going to reply. Feel free to do it yourself. Everyone needs to remember that we are still very young as a company and that we should be happy that Aurora isn't our only supplier. If we by chance hit over 15 million in revenue next quarter then that is an excellent sign of what' ...more

Well I guess he can ask the questions himself. You know what they say... do your own dd. I think the next time I will alter the response to say something to the effect of we just signed a 100 million dollar deal with Nestle lol.  I'm fairly sure we will get to that 1 mark but not for several months. Maybe come fall or winter.

This was my reply about the Dhaliwal group. I have to say I'm absolutely shocked that you guys even considered doing business with a company that has no website. I do have some more questions in regards to them.   1. Did you guys seek them out or did they reach out?   2. What other companies have they dealt with in the past and what sort of due diligence did Radient ...more
