all i can say is if rti ordered a halt in a stock climb to announce bad news to drive it back down   i don't need to  tell anyone what that means  used feeling comes to mind sucker  fix is in  some ones having a party an we are not invited we are not members of the same club etc.

or they like us canadians expect a big run tuesday  usa open monday but can't buy or sell without us  we should be at a buck and two in june
