I don't see bankruptcy as an option, I will only believe what the regulators and tsx tell us, we are in a halt, one can assume this ceo is no longer in charge.

They are already out of business, will never trade again in my opinion. It is not a viable company anymore

perhaps they may be out of business but I don't see a bankruptcy, this company has already been discounted, I expect someone will take it out soon,

Question is Who is left at Red Eagle , they all sold their shares and headed for the hills . Creditors have taken the asset.  They will recover a few pennies on the dollar for the 70 million or so in debt.  Shareholders will get $0.  You mentioned TBE.  How much did shareholders get there???  $0. Only question is will R pursue the guy who breached his commitiment ...more

I was at the gold symposium in Colombia last week and this was a common topic of discussion. Unfortunately everyone sees this as being over.

As far as I know, the biggest shareholders are also the main lenders to the company. According to Kallpa Securities (Lima, Peru), they are trying to get a solution different from bankruptancy, that is the reason they did not apply for chapter 11 yet. Let's hope there is a deal coming on. The company has good assets, but lousy management.

You don't have a lot of friends eh? People are holding out hope, even if it is not realistic. Not necessary for someone to be extremely rude and condescending. You need to grow up.
