8:00pm and no news yet
8:00pm and no news yet, does this mean they are totally in the wind or it has been filed and no news about its possible acceptance.
Ah the joys of owning this stock..........maybe soon

i like that with a "margaritaville" beat. Sorry might have been more appropriate with a Barbadian reference but i don't know of one.

A fraudulent enterprise apparently. Incompetence on this scale is neither accidental nor acceptable.

They did say they are confident they will file by tomorrow. I am going to remain skeptical. LJ

Lets, just for fun, get optimistic and assume that they submited the financials and are waiting for the official acceptance from the regulating authorities..

The regulators do not have to accept the filing. The filing is just made. They will get involved reviewing what is filed and may choose to allow trading or not. It's about that simple.

Any idea how long it takes them to re-instate after receiving financials? So when is your best guess as to when I can sell this dog and get my early season tax loss

I've seen it as quick as a few days, but this one might be longer. They need to get the May, August and soon November quarters filed too.
