So

here we are back in the teens. The major shareholders must be thrilled or is this because they need cash to settle debt and they are going to do another offering and further dilute this company one more time?
Just do not get it.

I suspect its a dump by the major shareholder who bought to much and has been told to sell over 2 million shares.    If this is the case there is over a million shares left to be dumped into the market at a discount.     If you were going to buy now is the time as I suspect you will get discounted shares.   Checking past trades looks like he bought in ...more

Happy new year!!! It is easy. During the last PP Finsky bought too many shares. By the Act of the stock exchange he would have to make a takeover bid with his amount of shares that he owns. he came to the regulations with the exchange that he will give 2.2 mio shares back to the exchange and will donate any profits to RMN which this selloff creates And that is what we see at the market now.
