Not like there probably wasn't the same thing in place in relation to the Gordie Howe bridge project as an example, but it still was mostly qualified people who should be there. In the end the 'theys' and women don't apply for underground mine work etc, and there just aren't very many in the trades where actual tickets and experience are required. It's more the gall of the libs to keep pushing bs like that.
Yeah many of these data monitoring requirements will be ongoing so they may not necessarily have a completion date. The good news is many libtards are generally incompetent and lazy, so many of the conditions can probably be satisfied with some pretty half assed effort barely addressing the faux concerns and they'll be fine with it, as it would be too much effort for them to be bothered actually looking into it.
But yeah, no catalysts here for quite some time, which considering the impatient and maybe more inexperienced shareholder base isn't a good thing. They panic. I remember some dummy last year saying he mortgaged his house to buy shares. Then sold at a huge loss and put the money into a lithium play that also tanked I think he's living in a cardboard box now.
I can just imagine Rick's horror when he stated to get bombarded with calls from some of the CEO.ca crew and the $76 a share guys. Ugh.
