Triple point

Does anyone have any news on Atlas's Spinout from last year, Triple point? Can't find anything on it. Does it still exist?

According to an agent for the company I spoke with a few weeks ago that stock has not been priced in  the market although it is listed in accounts of Atlas account holders. It is not priced because they anticipated a buyout of all the resources of Atlas.  No buyout has occurred yet so we will just have to wait to see when it gets priced.

The shares of TPR are not priced because they are not listed for trading on the CSE. The company filed its T2073 election on December 9, 2022 to allow the shares to be eligible in tax deferred accounts as a public corporation under the Tax Act, even though not yet actively traded. Some brokers have them in online accounts with nil value. Some don't have them showing in their online accounts ...more
