always a endless supply of shares for sale

someone must have got their shares awfull cheap and lots too.  Steady unloading them.  Even with all the hype , it does not make a difference it seems.  A cause for concern I think and a reason the stock price remains low.  Something does not feel right with this company .

I'm guilty. Sold 165,000 shares. Bought at 87 cents. Kicked over to Vulcan at 18 cents per share. Vulcan is diverse with interests in Atlas Salt, TPR and it's own precious metals. If it hits half of last year's high I'll be happy.

current amateur management is a joke. offloaded a few hundred thousand as well. Come back after labor day

This is not a 'company' in that way. This is not a company with a revenue problem. This is an undeveloped asset. The biggest issue we have now is the CEO who found the deposit is out of his element with exploration-type work done. A different skill set is needed now to propel this toward development and hopefully it gets bought out long before then. The new CEO will be here shortly (I ...more

Fully agree. As Atlas rises so does Vulcan as evident by the simultaneous rise and fall of both. Announcements coming soon and I believe nice spike  for both.  TPR will trade soon also

Fully agree. As Atlas rises so does Vulcan as evident by the simultaneous rise and fall of both. Announcements coming soon and I believe nice spike  for both.  TPR will trade soon also Easy round numbers here --- so if Atlas is sold for 8.00 a share and Vulcan has over 32 million shares that would make Vulcan worth 200 million ! At .20 cents a share Vulcan can turn into 2.00 dollars in ...more

Nice arithmetic wreckhouse. I sold all my vulcan last year but have a bunch of 30 cent warrants it would be nice to cash in if vulcan goes nuts as you surmise. Good luck to us salt longs!

Nice arithmetic wreckhouse. I sold all my vulcan last year but have a bunch of 30 cent warrants it would be nice to cash in if vulcan goes nuts as you surmise. Good luck to us salt longs! For sticks & giggles let's say that Atlas starts paying a divi of .60 cents a year ,Vulcan will receive over 19 million . Then there's TRP !   Maybe Vulcan than can pay a divi like .04 ...more

Why do you put that you expect the new ceo next week? how many times have people said the same thing? saying it is pointless
Comment by Zephyr on Jul 22, 2023 10:49pm
CEO search is complete. It's approved. PR expected next week unless a hiccup occurs between sides.
Comment by nedstar71 on Jul 22, 2023 9:31pm
I'm concerned the new CEO will be a let down.  As with everything else related to this company, people have built him up as if he's going to be a superstar CEO.  Generally superstars already have good jobs and aren't looking to be connected with companies as half assed as this one has been, great deposit or not.  Plus, given who is having a say in hiring said CEO, I have ...more

Anyone expcting a high profile, exective-type CEO will be disappointed. That was never what this search was for nor is it what is needed. As far as a lack of confidence is who is picking the CEO, take solace in the likelihood that key stakeholders in the background are driving this process (experienced people that know the mining industry. It is highly unlikely that a candidate would have been ...more

Finally someone speaking sense.  100% it will be a let down just like ol $76 moron crunchy

Who would you like to see as CEO?
Comment by Liked2Think on Jul 23, 2023 8:42pm
I wanted atlas to be sold. You know how Rowland and Pat insinuated was going to happen. Talking to possible suitors. Many interests.  was it a lie? where did the suitors go?
Comment by Zephyr on Jul 23, 2023 9:05pm
We all did. Pat did as well. It hasn't happened for many reasons. Hiring a new CEO is the next step that has to be done. However, you didn't answer the question, what CEO addition wouldn't be a let down?
Comment by Liked2Think on Jul 24, 2023 12:13am
The only non let down would be a senior level vp of another salt company or another company that let that person go so that they could take over atlas essentially having their leadership already in place. Or someone that took a mine from nothing to a massive success.  I believe we won't get either of those.
Comment by Zephyr on Jul 24, 2023 7:29am
O/k, you know that the likleyhood of an American executive from a company that has a salt division (Compass, Stone Canyon, etc.) was virtually nil, right? Besides, those execs may be able to run the mine but I'd be surprised if anyone of those execs had any experience building a mine from scratch. Yes, I agree we need someone with a record of taking a mine into successful operation. I see you ...more
