Not derisked, not by a long shot
A equity financing which is very much in the cards could happen at low prices. They are always offered below the market price to make it attractive. That , along with extra warrants to boot will cause many more to end up as bagholders. A 50cent share offering is quite possible. Low demand for the stock will remain until that worry is removed.

hope you are right, but the share price continualy declining is telling a different story. 13 million is a far cry from a half a billion needed. If they do manage to get that kind of money from the bank, goody. But till then, it is not a reality; just hopefull thinking and not derisked.. And I do know how to read a set of books

Actually there is a projected timeline. If you read the feasibility study it's there in table 20.2 and at 24.4. And Rick has already said he is seeking to meet those timelines quicker than stated.

Draft, estimated, projected, hope, guess - take your pick. Unless you are Nostradamus everything in the future is based on an educated appraisal of facts. Simple enough - if you don't believe there is truthful intent to what you are being told then don't invest and move on.

I have the feeling the very high CAPEX is the main reason a lot investors got ride of their shares and maybe some of those need to do that in order to be part of the next PP at lower price. Probably they want the warrant for free. just my 2 cent
