The TSX Venture Exchange has accepted for filing Regent Ventures Ltd.'s proposal to issue 991,428 bonus shares and 1,982,857 non-transferable warrants, each exercisable for one share at a price of 10 cents for a one-year period, to Steven Tao and Connie Chow in consideration of a loan in the principal amount of $500,000 (U.S.), which bears interest at a rate of 8 per cent per annum, payable monthly and has a one-year term.

A finder's fee in the amount of $26,025 and 371,785 shares is payable to Kenneth Lee.

I'll bet REV would be banned in Scotland for the crime of dilution if it were a distillery!After all, I think it is still a crime in Scotland to dilute a good stock (of whiskey) until it is absolutely worthless!
