The operator has advised the Company that the Thompson #2 well was successfully perforated, also in a
natural gas zone. The well has water in the bore which, as with the #1 well needs to be blown off before a
proper flow-test of the well can be conducted.
Work Program on Thompson #1 and #2 Wells
To clean up the two wells, the operator has decided to run 1" tubing down each well then blow off the
water with a compressor. The necessary tubing has been purchased and is being delivered to the property.
A tubing rig and compressor have been contracted to carry out the work and are expected to be on the
property on or about June 29, 2011. The clean-up work should take a couple of days which will be
followed by the 24 hour flow-test on each well. The Company anticipates having information on the flow
rates of the wells in the first week of July.
