Just some thoughts.
I don't think SEC even paid attention to the form the company filed. That's at least how I understand it. Actually SEC deregistering their shares allowed them to stay dark and keep us on the side completely. I do not think SEC is doing more than just collecting our complaints. Regarding the way they treat us they are throwing low blows. Even they notified us about going dark I don't anybody would try to get rid of the shares below a penny. The management has been treating us so bad since 2010 at least and if the legal action was taken we would certainly have a good case against them.
