So Britos sells from his Cyprus River company to Northwestern all the shares.  The Cyprus River company I think was a family company whweras the later is strictly controlled by him. Funny timing dont you think. Last month he exercises promissory notes, next he sells shares to another company all before the revalued DFS is about to come out. Did you see he sold the shares at 9 cents..... a

Thanks Elgin for this info. Hope to see share price heading 0,5 CAD or higher this fall. Goldprice should help us too. In my opinion, current consolidation in Goldprice is a good sign for ongoing uptrend.
