Nice,welcome to the club,this beauty ain't rising fast though,so buckle up for a long ride.tax loss and waivers to existing homeowner needing to refinance killed us last two quarters and this quarter and maybe the next will be no better,could drop more before we see 27 again in summer. good luck to you.

Great minds think alike... I also took an opening position on the 8th ;-) Love the fundamentals, valuation and future growth prospects for this company.  A fairly compelling story when you look at the big picture.  Happy to add more if the stock continues to pullback.  Certainly prepared to sit on these shares for a while to see if these guys can take the next step in
