it seems company is only buyer in the market, 46k shares

daily plus some traders. It has 78m cash some of witch it cannot use. AT such rate, it may exhuast all availiable cash by the end of this year. Earning estimate for 2022 is 0.11.*20x multiples= $2.2 fair value. It is still not cheap.
