Glad to see everyone finally making some $$ off these guys, particularly the original shareholders. i don't think Hooks is interested in keeping the $1.3million per 1/4 they consistently lose, so keeping key management is a short term statement, especially when PHX already has qualified personnel to handle the overlapping positions.
