" We are still focused on our 2013 plan of action as stated in our previous news release dated May 17, 2013.

1. Merging with or acquiring an already established profitable marketing company. (We have already identified several possible candidates.) 2. In concert with the aforementioned merger we are exploring the possibility of doing either a joint venture with several commodity and futures types of companies; or possibly another merger with these trading companies."
