Rainmaker has roughly 19.5 million shares outstanding and zero shares are being offered currently. Doesn't surprise since results are coming in a few weeks and signs of turnaround could be coming.

This is a fantastic way to play the USD and it could head back to the TSX with a dollar ops also a lot of companies are looking to pick up content and to produce them espically Chinese corporation as they are a big fan of Vancouver, it might be an all out onslaught hold for big time
