sorry just to clarify, the debentures can either be converted to shares or they can take the principle plus some intrest from the escow of 15 million, so its either or. However because most of the holders of the debentures are insiders, i suspect they will take the principle, and hold onto their shares rather rather than dilute the current market cap. GLTA
