management seems happy to let it drift until they have all the final "local" permits in place and know 100% when they can or will drill. some of the areas have some local opposition. I would not expect them to do any promotion until they know exactly when they will drill. at least we see no insiders selling , on the other hand I don't see any buying at these levels either, whiich
