Point B

is pretty simple to figure out. It's not a surprise they one those blocks. Their bid has ROE doing all the work, us investors taking all the risks and Pemex raking in the vast majority of the profits. Who wouldn't take a deal like that?  There were others who also bid on the same blocks. Why if it is stupid to walk away did they not put in a higher bid? Huh? I mean if it is such a no brainer to get those blocks why not bid away at 99% royalty? .............Because those other bidders knew they would not make enough money to keep their own investors from revolting. Exactly where ROE investors are right now. Tell me where is ROE going to make money, if they give it all away in royalty rates.

I thought these boards were for people to voice their opinions and observations No? Or do they belong to you? and as such in your capacity as the owner you are just trying to diminish all the posts you don't like?

onedaylate says "I thought these boards were for people to voice their opinions and observations No?" exactly, but you seem to think that no one should critcize or counter your opinion????  wtf is that, lmao.  you are a complete moron, we all have opinions and express them in different ways, mine may be not so polite at times, but that's me. if you can't handle ...more
